Surrounded by family at the Sault Area Hospital, on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Laddie Bell. Loving mother of Kathryn Hermiston (Derek), Michael Bell (Julie), Mary Jones (Donald) and Andrew Bell (Maria). Treasured grandma of Kevin, Matthew (Maija) and Bryan Jones, Kenneth (Wendy) and Daniel Hermiston and Eric Bell. Proud great grandmother of Isaac and Eleanor Hermiston. Predeceased by her parents Richard and Irene Carter and her brother Bruce Carter (Virginia). Sister-in-law of Elwood Bell (Anne), Connie Summers (late Larry), Patricia Taylor (Lee), Karen Gallivan, late Earl Bell, late Eunice Stobie (late Dick) and the late Reg Bell (Catherine). Aunt to many nieces and nephews.
