BALFOUR, Bruce

(July 11, 1923 - July 26 2016) - Bruce passed away in Kitchener having just celebrated his 93rd birthday.  He leaves his wife of 67 years  Mary (Hamilton).  Dad to Jayne Langton (Thomas) and Janis Hogan (Kevin).  Grandpa Bruce to Jessica Eichler (Karl), Mitchell and Mackenzie Langton, and Brittany, Spencer and Riley Hogan. Bruce was a proud WW II veteran and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion for 70 years.  He worked at the P.U.C. in Sault Ste. Marie for 32 years before retiring to spend winter in Florida and summer at the Pointe.  He loved golf, baseball and holding court in his garage. A memorial service will be held at a later date, with burial in Staffa Cemetery. Contributions in sympathy may be made to ARCH Hospice, Victoria Presbyterian Church in Sault Ste.
