Passed away peacefully at the Tendercare Nursing Home with her family by her side on Sunday, September 11, 2005 at the age of 84. Beloved wife of the late Claude. Loving mother of Marlene McClelland (Ron), Claudette Roussel (Tracy Cresswell) and Roger Aubé (Brenda). Cherished grandmother of Shaun & Nathan Aubé, Robbie Cranston and Tanya, Ronnie & Tasha McClelland. Alida is survived by her sister Sally Owen and brother John Brien (Margaret) and predeceased by several brothers and sisters. She will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, September 14, 2005 from 1 pm until the time of the service in the chapel at 2 pm. Monsignor Victor Amadio officiating. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Alzheimer’s Society or the SAH Cancer Clinic would be appreciated by the family.
