Passed away peacefully at home with her two adoring sons by her side on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at the age of 74.
Beloved wife of the late David for 53 years. Loving mother of Vince (Nikki) and Curtis (Melissa). Cherished grandma of Felicia (Andrew), Landon and Ellie. Great-grandma of Orion Vincent. Sister of Ray (Cathy).
Predeceased by her parents Percy and Jean Clargo. She will be greatly missed by her special niece, Angel and lifelong friend Carolyn.
Pat's presence will be greatly missed by her Bocce group, Golf League, Retirement and Rummoli girls.
The family would like to thank everyone who supported and cared for our mother from her neighbourhood.
