AIKENS, Troy

On the evening of September 28, 2016 Troy Daniel Aikens peacefully passed away. He was a proud father of Jordan Forbes, Rolly Lariviere, Danni-Lynn Aikens, Talon Aikens and the late Skyler Forbes. Grandfather of Myra Sue Aikens and loving husband to Nicole Forbes. Troy was beloved son of Dorothy and the late Joseph Daniel Aikens. Grandson to the late Leo & Freda Aikens and the late John & Christine Starratt. Brother to Trevor Aikens, Ryan Aikens (Marcie) and Tanya Aikens (Shawn). Troy was Uncle to Keith Maitland, Matt Aikens, Christoffer Aikens, Trey Aikens, Raistlin Aikens, Shailynne Aikens, Alexander Aikens, Becky Sawyer, Carla Miskimins, Kimberly Miskimins, Kenneth Miskimins, Step son to Sharon Miskimins and was also step-father to Shawn, Alisha, Arranda, and Chelsey Forbes. Troy Aikens was a cherished friend to everyone fortunate enough to meet him, and is remembered for his natural generosity, sincerity and catch phrases. He was a man who firmly stood by his personal values, and never turned away from a friend in need. Troy Aikens never judged anyone and opened his heart to everyone he met. He was a Brother for life to many special people. Everyone who knew Troy Aikens is saddened by his passing, and will forever cherish the fond memories we shared with him.  Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Thursday, October 6, 2016 from 6 to 8 pm.
