Fans will be able to buy Split the Pot hospital lottery tickets at Wednesday's game.

The Soo Greyhounds are teaming with Split the Pot lottery for a night of hockey and community support, giving fans the opportunity to win some cash while providing much-needed assistance to Ontario hospitals.

Split the Pot is new lottery fundraising initiative for 51 participating provincial hospitals. And tonight, spectators at the Greyhounds game will be able to purchase tickets in the concourse before the game and in between periods. They can also be purchased online at any time at splitthepot.ca.

The jackpot, now approaching a record-breaking $1 million, will be split between 13 lucky winners, which means even more chances to win than in a traditional lottery.

Fans can also enter an additional giveaway for a chance to win two Greyhounds season tickets.

When purchasing lottery tickets, participants can choose to support a single hospital partner, like Sault Area Hospital, or share their support among all 51 hospital partners with the chosen hospital(s) receiving the net proceeds from the ticket sale. The proceeds aid in funding essential projects, medical equipment, patient care facilities, technology advancements and more.

Tickets to Wednesday's game are on sale now at the SK Group Box Office located inside GFL Memorial Gardens or online anytime at www.gflgardens.ca/greyhounds.

The Split the Pot final deadline is midnight on March 21. The Grand Prize draw will take place on Friday, March 22 and the winners will be announced Monday, March 25. Winners will be contacted directly, and a list of winners will be posted online at splitthepot.ca.
