Newly-acquired forward comes from the Ottawa 67s

The Soo Greyhounds have added a forward from the Ottawa 67's.

The team announced this morning the acquisition of Charlie Hilton from Ottawa in exchange for a fifth round pick in the 2027 OHL Priority Selection.

Hilton suited up in a pair of games for the 67's this season after playing in 34 games last season where he scored four goals and three assists with Ottawa.

The 18-year-old was drafted by the 67's in the 14th round of the 2022 OHL Priority Selection after playing with the Oshawa Generals U18 AAA team in 2022-23.

The 6'5", 212-pound forward is expected to join the team today and is expected to be in the lineup tonight when the Greyhounds face the Guelph Storm tonight in Guelph.
