Take your shot — local women's basketball league back in action

Hoops enthusiasts are invited to hit the courts as the Sault Women's Basketball League returns for another season spanning from October 2024 to March 2025.

Games take place Monday evenings from 6 to 9 p.m. at F.H. Clergue Public School.

Secure your spot for the season with a $115 fee for new players (includes a jersey) or $90 for returning players (no jersey included).

Calling all basketball enthusiasts! Get ready to hit the court and show off your skills as the Sault Women's Basketball League returns for another season spanning from October 2024 to March 2025.

Get in on the games every Monday evening, games running between 6 an 9 p.m. at F.H. Clergue Public School, 80 Weldon Ave., from October 2024 - March 2025..

Secure your spot for the season with a $115 fee for new players (includes a jersey) or $90 for returning players (no jersey included). Fill out our registration form below, but hold off on payment until you receive a confirmation from us.

Move fast – spots are limited and filling up quickly!

Some Details to consider:

1. Attendance Policy: A new attendance policy is in place this season. Missing five games in either half of the season could result in your spot being filled from the waitlist. Remember, registration fees are non-refundable. If flexibility suits you, consider joining our "AS NEEDED LIST" (see the registration form for details).

2. Level of Play: Our focus remains on recreational play. We encourage participants who can comfortably run the court for a few minutes and have a grasp of basic basketball rules. It's all about enjoying the game – remember, play at your own risk, as the league is not responsible for injuries.

3. Oct.7 and Oct. 14 will be pick up style games as we watch new players and organize players into teams. You will be placed on a team by late October.
