Cougar Basketball Camp dribbles fun into summer

(Sault Ste. Marie, July 17, 2007) Basketball camp focuses on fun, fundamentals and team focus. Girls and boys ages 10-14 can sign up now for the cougar athletics summer basketball camp to be held August 13-17 at Sault College. Men’s basketball head coach, Willie Greco, will be the instructor along with various current and former cougar players. Students will learn skills related to offence, defence and overall team play in these 4 hour training sessions. Drills will cover basketball fundamentals, individual skill acquisition and basketball conditioning in preparation for the upcoming season. Each day will be capped off with some exciting game time.

Cost of the one-week camp is $75 and includes a camp T-shirt. The girls program will run from 8am-12pm, and the boys program will run from 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm. Limited registration. Call Sault College athletics at 759-2554 ext 2709 or visit www.saultcollege.ca/services/athletics to register.
