*** COUGAR PROFILE OF THE WEEK:

Jean Louis Ouattara

A first year Business/Accounting student, Jean Louis Outtara, pictured, is Sault College's Cougar pick of the week.

Unbelievably to Cougar fans and competitors, Jean Louis is a rookie, and has been an outstanding addition to the men's team. Not only having tremendous height, standing at 6'5, Jean-Louis has outstanding speed, great offensive skills, and contributes defensively as well.

With his tremendous ball handling Coach Thomas Cory can put him in almost any position on the floor. The Maryland native currently leads his team in scoring and is among the top in the west.

"Jean Louis is great to coach because his versatility causes opposing coaches difficult match ups" adds Cory. " We can put him in different spots which forces the other team adjust."

A high school grad from Hargraves Military Academy, the fourth ranked team in the US two years ago, Jean Louis found his way to Sault College with the goal of helping the Cougars be among the top in the West.

"If he remains focused and keeps up his team play then any thing is possible," continues Cory. " He's part of 17 players who all have to do their part in order for us to be successful".

You can see Jean-Louis strong offensive play and skill, along with his teammates; battle it out against Sault rivals Algoma Thunderbirds, Friday November 26, at 6pm.
