On Wednesday, the North Stars dropped to 0-3 in the standings with a 7-0 loss to the Saint-Francois Blizzard from Quebec.

The North Stars were outshot 49-20 while Thomas Gravelines and Justin Hogsden both spent time in goal. Kevin Smith picked up game star honours.

On Thursday, the North Stars, who have two round robin games remaining, are back in action against Team Atlantic.
