Mid Canada Wildcats gearing up for provincials

The Mid Canada Construction Midget AA Wildcats travel to the Provincial Championships this weekend in Mississauga.

They will open their final weekend of play in round robin format against Thunder Bay, followed by Sarnia and Clearview. The quarterfinals are Saturday April 14 2007 followed by the semis and finals on Sunday.

This year’s Midget AA Wildcat team consists of 13 players, Dana Desaulnier, Jenna Buck, Deralise Mills, Cassie MacFarlane, Megan Parlowe, Andrea Brunetta, Laura Duguay, Jordana Sacco, Sarah McCulloch, Katie Komsa, Morgan Tersigni, Brianne Veale and Shannon MacInnis, this fearless group is lead by head coach Darryl Buck.

The Mid Canada Construction Wildcats traveled to Wisconsin, Minnesota, New York and Southern Ontario this season playing at very competitive levels. As a result of the team’s hard work and determination Derelise Mills, Cassie MacFarlane and Andrea Brunetta have been invited to the 2007 Women’s Elite Prospects Tournament later this month, we wish these players the best.
