What: Michigan bantam hockey elite camp at Abel Arena, through Friday, June 22.

Who: The State’s best 138 bantam players are top prospects in the state and there are college coaches and assistants hanging around the arena. Michigan State Athletic Director and former LSSU Coach Ron Mason's grandson, Travis Walsh, is at this camp. He is 14 and a top bantam player out of East Lansing. His dad was Shawn Walsh, the great Maine coach, who also coached with Mason at Bowling Green and MSU. Shawn died of cancer seven or eight years ago.

Where: Taffy Abel Arena in the Norris Center, Sault Ste. Marie, Mich.
