Weeks after naming Sault Ste. Marie's Kyle Dubas as president of hockey operations, the NHL's Pittsburgh Penguins added some more Sault flavour through the NHL Entry Draft.

The Penguins selected Sault forward Cooper Forster in the sixth round (174th overall) on Wednesday afternoon.

Foster is coming off his first full season in the Ontario Hockey League where he suited up with the Ottawa 67's.

A second round pick of the 67's in the 2021 OHL Priority Selection, Foster scored 19 goals and 36 points in 63 games with Ottawa.
