Marie and the Coaches Association of Ontario (CAO) are partnering to bring this unique event to Sault College and other local venues, offering a range of nationally recognized sport and coaching courses at discounted rates.

“We understand the need for accessible and affordable training opportunities in the North,” said Jeremy Cross, Executive Director of CAO. “We are excited to return to the Sault offering residents the opportunity to learn and enhance their coaching skills, contributing to the growth of positive sport experiences for all.”

The Super Clinic is designed to elevate the skill sets of coaches and sport leaders across all levels, from grassroots to high performance. Participants will have the opportunity to obtain certifications in the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP), gain valuable training in sports such as athletics, baseball, hockey, soccer, and curling, and connect with other coaches and expand their networks.

“We are proud to partner with the Coaches Association of Ontario to offer this coaching clinic locally, giving our coaches access to certification and development without the long travel that’s often required,” said Alana Kenopic, Manager of Tourism – Tourism Sault Ste. Marie. “Strengthening our local sports organizations is key to building a vibrant community, and this initiative will help attract and retain talented coaches for a variety of sports. This effort will grow our current sports organizations' capacity and enhance our sports tourism profile.”

Attendees will gain sport-specific technical skills, critical leadership, and decision-making abilities that can open doors to new opportunities in coaching and beyond.
