The Soo Junior Greyhounds are ranked 13th in the country among the more than 100 teams that are a part of the Canadian Junior A Hockey League. The Wellington Dukes of the Ontario Provincial Junior League continue to lead the CJAHL standings, however their undefeated record went by the boards on the weekend. They top the standings with .950 percentage while the North Bay Skyhawks are tied for fifth with an .833 mark and the Jr. Greyhounds 13th with a .750 mark.

Jeff Rainville of the Jr. Greyhounds continues to lead the points per game average with a 2.75 mark on 37 goals and 29 assists in 24 games while teammate Joey Coccimiglio is in fourth spot at 2.44 with 26 goals and 40 assists in 27 games.

Rainville is fifth in total points followed in sixth by Coccimiglio. Leading the pack is John Soares of Hamilton with 81 points in 32 games.

Martin Perreault of the North Bay Skyhawks is third in goaltender G.A.A. with a 2.01 mark and teammate Luc Oshell is in 12th spot at 2.55

Soares in the leading goalscorer with 42 with Rainville in a four way tie for second with 37.

Coccimiglio is tied for second in assists just two behind leader Dustin Hughes of Alberni Valley. Hughes has 42 and Coccimiglio 40.

Shane Bellini of the Jr. Greyhounds is the leading netminder in victories in the NOJHL with 15 and he is tied for eighth in the country in that category.
