HARLEM SLAM Street-Ball Show Team Vs.SSM All-Stars

Korah Collegiate Secondary School

For the first time, players from various school teams will be joining forces to represent the city and their schools against a professional basket ball team. Watch as the SSM All-Stars play against Canada's best professional Street-Ball Team.

The Harlem Slam features high flying slam dunks, extreme ball handling, and mind bending trick shots. Street-Ball is the fastest growing sports trend in the world and is ready to take on the best that Sault Ste. Marie has to offer. The Slam Experience is a combination of sports, music and entertainment for basketball fans of all ages.

SSM All-Stars are made up of 1 player from each school team, featuring some of Sault Ste Marie's finest basketball players. Each Player will wear their school jersey and represent their school team in this fun game against the Harlem Slam Team.

SSM All-Star Team features local players from various levels of education, including: high schools, College and University. Selected players include: Danielle D'Ettorre - CCAA All Canadian & CCAA Player of the Year, Patrick Murray - Player of the Game for the OCAA annual All-Star game, Robbie Green – Former CIS Rookie of the year. The SSM All-Star team will be coached by Ed Green, Head coach of Algoma U Thunderbird Woman's Basketball Team.

KIDS HELPING KIDS! Proceeds from ticket sales are being used to fund programs for the Big Brothers Association of Sault Ste Marie And Big Sisters Association of Sault Ste Marie.
