A crowd of only 1,897 fans, the lowest, according to records, in more than 14 years, to take in a Greyhound game at the Gardens, watched as the Soo moved one step closer to playoff elimination on Tuesday night. The Greyhounds lost 2-1 to Kitchener and the Rangers now lead the best-of-seven Ontario Hockey League playoff series three games to nothing. Rookie Evan McGrath and former Team Canada forward Greg Campbell scored for Kitchener and Scott Dobben scored the first goal of the series for the Greyhounds. The series resumes on Wednesday night here in the Sault.
