Bibeau continues Factory Stock dominance at Laird Raceway

It was another successful week for the Sault driver

Car counts continued to improve as the race season at Laird continued on Thursday night.

It was a bumper-to-bumper finish in the Factory Stock feature that highlighted the latest night of action at the 1/3 mile track.

Daniel Bibeau of Sault Ste. Marie split the cars ahead of him and sailed to the front of the field and grabbed his third consecutive win int he division..

Bibeau held of a hard push late in the race by Echo Bay's Jamie Fox to grab the checkered flag.

Jamie Fox (51, Echo Bay ON) started deep in the field and put on a show picking off cars one at a time throughout the 1/3 mile.

The next race night at Laird is slated for Aug. 1. The night will see trophys handed out for the regular racing divisions along with spectator drags and bike giveaways.
