Fast-moving weather patterns across North America will continue to bring an ebb and flow of weak systems and temperature swings. We will see cooler air move in midweek, only to be replaced by warmer air by Thursday. Once again, this weekend, colder air rushes back into the region.

Monday will be cloudy, with a few lingering flurries. Daytime highs near -3°C will happen in the morning as cooler air brings colder temperatures in the afternoon and evening.

We will see some sunny breaks on Tuesday, but a cold north wind will drop afternoon temperatures to near -7°C.

Wednesday brings a mix of sun and cloud with daytime highs of -5°C.

More clouds build into the region on Thursday with light snow and warmer afternoon temperatures near +1°C.

Friday will be cloudy, but southerly winds help keep daytimes above freezing.
