The heat and moisture will also bring a constant risk of thunderstorms at peak heating for most days.

Monday will be partly cloudy as heat and humidity build into the region on a southerly breeze. Late afternoon temperatures will climb to 27°C, but the moisture will make it feel more like 32. There is a potential for isolated thunderstorms developing late afternoon and early evening.

Tuesday will start sunny with a smaller chance for a late-afternoon thunderstorm. Daytime highs will reach 32°C, but the humidity will make it feel more like 38.

Wednesday brings a mix of sun and cloud with a chance of afternoon thunderstorms as temperatures climb to 29°C.

Thursday brings a chance for rain with cooler temperatures in the low 20s on a northerly breeze. Sunshine returns on Friday as daytime highs climb back to 26°C.
