SAULT STE. MARIE POLICE SERVICE

On January 31 at approximately 11 p.m., police checked a snow machine driving on Everett Street.
Investigation revealed that the operator was [allegedly] impaired by alcohol.
He was arrested and during the arrest he [allegedly] assaulted a police officer.
Once at the station he [allegedly] refused to provide a breath sample.
Charged with impaired driving, fail to provide sample, assault police and breach of probation is 42-year old Wendell Mckay of Parliament Street.
He will appear in court on March 9 2015.
