Rick Fall will be arriving in the Sault this weekend after completing a 4,200 km run.
In a news release issued by the Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce, Saultites were encouraged to meet Rick at Trout Lake Road at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday and finish the journey, started in an effort to raise $200,000 for Childhood Cancer Canada and Make-a-Wish Canada, with him.
Rick will be celebrating his accomplishment with the mayor at the Civic Centre at 1 p.m.

This Saturday, Aug. 7, Rick Fall will be arriving in Sault Ste. Marie after running all the way from Victoria, BC. Rick is running 4,200 km in an effort to raise $200,000 for Childhood Cancer Canada and Make-a-Wish Canada.
Rick has raised approximately $66,000 of his $200,000 goal and we want to help boost his campaign. Please donate or share Rick's campaign on your business's social channels, so we can help him meet his goal!
We encourage you to join Rick for the last part of his run from Trout Lake to Sault Ste. Marie. Rick will start at Trout Lake Rd/Highway 17 at 10:30 a.m. and arrive at TMS Truck Centre between 11:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. If you can't run with Rick, you are invited to greet him when he arrives at the Water Tower Inn at 12 p.m. Rick will then be celebrating his accomplishment with the mayor at the Civic Centre at 1 p.m.
