May ends with slightly warmer-than-normal temperatures and near-normal rainfall. The month ahead shows more of the same. Many long-range weather outlooks agree that warmish temperatures are on the way, with near-normal rainfall.

Wet, warm weather is in the forecast for the first week of June, but less frequent rainfall is likely for the rest of the month.  Temperatures should cool a bit in the second week of June, with more seasonal temperatures for the last half of the month.

Friday will start mostly sunny, but a few clouds will move into the region later in the afternoon and evening. Warm southerly winds will help push temperatures towards 23°C.

Saturday brings a mix of sun and cloud, with daytime highs near 23°C. A chance of a brief sprinkle arrives in the evening and overnight.

Morning clouds give way to afternoon sun on Sunday, with temperatures reaching 24°C. The next chance for rain appears to be late Monday into Tuesday.
