The jet stream over the Great Lakes will quickly move weather systems in and out of the Sault region over this weekend and early next week. The high pressure responsible for sunny skies to start the weekend will be replaced by the following active weather system by Sunday.

The same pattern will repeat next week, with a day or two of sun replaced by wet weather. The good news is that it remains warm enough that there isn't a risk of accumulating snow.

A few morning clouds will quickly give way to sunshine on Friday, but gusty northwest winds keep afternoon temperatures near 9°C, with windchill values closer to 4.

Saturday will be mostly sunny with daytime highs again near 10°C.

Clouds move in on Sunday, and showers are likely in the afternoon and evening as temperatures climb to 11°C. However, a damp southeast wind will make it feel cooler.

Remembrance Day looks drier, but gusty winds and cloud cover hang on, and daytime highs are near 10°C.
