Three face drug charges

On March 20, 2016 members of the Drug Enforcement Unit with the assistance of the Emergency Services Unit executed a Criminal Code search warrant at a residence on Goulais Ave.

During the search, officers located a stolen sawed off shot gun and a small quantity of drugs.

Three persons were arrested.

Charged are the following:

   •   Carrissa Ouimet, age 18 of Old Garden River Rd. Ouimet has been charged with three weapon related offences, and four counts of possession of a controlled substance. She will be appearing in court on April 25, 2016.
   •   Tyler Jeremy Smith, age 29 of Goulais Ave. Smith faces for four counts of possession of a controlled substance, three firearm related offences two counts of possession of a firearm in contravention of an order and breach of a conditional sentence order. Smith will be appearing in (WASH) bail court on March 20, 2016.
   •   Ashley Dawn Maclean, age 30 of Queen St East. Maclean faces four counts of possession of a controlled substance, three weapon related offences and two breach of recognizances. She will be appearing in (WASH) bail court on March 20, 2016.

The drugs located consisted of cocaine, methamphetamines, Percocet and MDMA (ecstasy).
