Thieves target Y, George Leach and Essar centres

************************** Theft reports

- Two lockers at the YMCA and three at the George Leach Centre at Algoma University were entered on the 10th of October. Cash, wallets, clothing and car keys were reported stolen.

- Vehicles were entered on Goulais Avenue and in the Essar Centre parking lot. Wallets were reported stolen.

- A wallet was reported stolen out of a bag left unattended on a table at Tim Horton’s on John Street.

- Party lights were stolen out of a mailbox on West Street.

- A licence plate was stolen from a vehicle on Albert Street West.

- Gas was siphoned from two vehicles on Frontenac Street.

- A donation jar was stolen from the counter area at Wardlaw Fuels on the 10th of October.

- A bicycle was stolen from a residence on Palace Drive.

************************** Break and enters

- A garage on McGregor Avenue was entered on the 12th of October. A chain saw and bikes were reported stolen.

- A garage on Third Line East was entered on the 11th of October. Beer and five-gallon gas cans were reported stolen.

- Queen Street Variety was entered sometime overnight on the 10th-11th of October. Cash was reported stolen.

*************************** Mischief reports

- Eggs were thrown at a home on Angelina Avenue.

- A camper trailer on Palomino Drive was damaged.

- A vehicle in the 400 block of Old Goulais Bay Road was damaged.

- The bus shelter on Second Line West at Goulais Avenue had a window damaged.

- A window was smashed at the Planetary Pride business on Queen Street East.

- A moving vehicle on Dacey Road had a window shattered when something was thrown at it around 9:17 p.m. on the 9th of October.

- A dumpster fire was reported at the rear area of the Market Mall on Second Line West on the 9th of October at around 10 p.m.
