Northern Ontario businesses are getting a chance to show off their products this week at the 2024 Royal Agricultural Winter Fair in Toronto.
That includes Sault Ste. Marie’s The Queen’s Tarts, which is serving up its signature tarts to eager guests.
The downtown bakery and restaurant is one of over 50 businesses and organizations set up at the fair’s Northern Ontario Agri-Food Pavilion.
Since it began in 2001, the pavilion has helped generate nearly $20 million in exhibitor sales.
Hundreds of thousands of visitors are expected to visit the fair, which runs until Nov. 10.
The Queen’s Tarts will remain closed during the fair but will re-open on Thursday, Nov. 14 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for Moonlight Magic.
