Attention Youth and Teens!

This July at the Sault Ste. Marie Public Library, our Digital Creator programming is in full swing. We have a wide range of activities and workshops happening. Some are entertaining, some can help you develop your artistic and technological skills, and all of them are fun and exciting! All of our Digital Creator events are held alternately at the Centennial Branch and the North Branch, and each and every one of them is completely free.

Starting July 5, our Digital Creator Ivan has something planned for every weekday in July. A lot of these events are drop-in, which means no registration is required. These events include Gaming at the Library, and Movie Matinees. We also have Open Studio events, where youth Aged 10-19 can stop by and increase their creative and technical skills using the library’s tablets, laptops, and cameras. More information about these events can be found on the library’s website: https://ssmpl.ca/teens/teen-events-programs-/

Some of our Digital Creator programs DO require registration in advance. For July, these events include: Digital Painting Workshops, Figure Drawing Workshops, and 3D Modelling Workshops. These events are perfect for young people who wish to explore their creative side.
