Sections of Queen Street will be shut down for a couple of days this week.
The City of Sault Ste. Marie says it’s to prepare for and complete paving.
- On Wednesday, Nov. 6, Queen Street from the west side of March Street to the west side of Elgin Street will be closed for one day.
- On Thursday, Nov. 7, and Friday, Nov. 8, Queen Street will be closed from the west side of Brock Street to the east side of Elgin Street, including the Spring and March Street intersection.
Pedestrians will still be able to access businesses in the area, but they may find some sidewalks closed.
Drivers are asked to exercise caution and obey signs.
