******************************* Second male arrested and charged

A second male was arrested at 3:35 p.m. this afternoon at the police station after turning himself in.

34-year-old Joel Charlebois of 168 Sutton Place has been charged with one count of possession of child pornography, one count of make child pornography available and one count of breach of a court order.

At the time of the offence, the accused was on court order conditions that he not access the internet unless for work purposes.

He is to appear in bail court tomorrow morning.
