Sault Ste. Marie energy company buys Timmins-based propane supplier

McDougall Energy of Sault Ste. Marie finalized its purchase of NASCO Propane (“Nasco”), a leading residential and commercial propane supplier in Timmins, a news release said.

The acquisition was completed Nov. 1.

McDougall Energy is pleased to announce its acquisition of NASCO Propane (“Nasco”), a leading residential and commercial propane supplier in Timmins, Ontario. This strategic move broadens McDougall Energy’s service offerings and strengthens its position in the propane market, enhancing access and convenience for customers throughout Northern Ontario.

The acquisition was finalized on November 1, 2024, with Nasco now operating exclusively under the McDougall Energy brand.
