Families looking for assistance with their children's school lunches in January are invited to register for St. Vincent Place’s Lunches for Learning program starting tomorrow (Tuesday, Dec. 14) at 10 a.m.

Parents and guardians of school-age children are eligible to receive bi-weekly packages of school-safe lunch foods that will allow them to send their child to school with a lunch every day. The packages will contain such foods as granola bars, crackers, yogurts, sandwich bread, cheese strings, fresh fruit and vegetables, and juice boxes, says a news release issued by the organization.

Anyone wishing to register can do so here. Registration will be capped at the first 130 families.
