Portion of March Street to close next week for watermain work

Access to businesses will be maintained throughout the closure, which begins Tuesday

Traffic downtown will be disrupted next week on March Street due to watermain work.

From Tuesday to Thursday, March Street between Queen Street and Albert Street will be closed so work can be completed on an existing watermain as part of the Queen Street improvement project.

Motorists are encouraged to take caution in the area and obey signage while pedestrians are asked to find a different route as a portion of the sidewalk may be closed.

Access to businesses on March Street will be maintained.
