Operation All Dressed Up is back for its seventh and final year helping Grade 8 and 12 students prepare for upcoming graduation ceremonies.

"With the support of community partners and the community itself, this initiative has fostered positive self-esteem in our youth, eliminated some of the anxiety experienced when preparing for these ceremonies and has helped ease the financial strain on families that accompany graduation and prom events," a news release from Safe Communities stated.

The event organizers Alison Kirkpatrick and Monique Baker said they would like to thank everyone who has contributed over the years to making this event possible.

"It has been an honour and a privilege to work with countless community organizations, businesses, and volunteers, all with the common goal of assisting local youth on their educational journey."
