Nominations are now open for the annual Athena Leadership Award.
“The annual award is presented to an individual who is recognized for their professional excellence, for providing valuable service to their community, and for actively assisting women in the attainment of their professional goals and leadership skills,” said the Sault Ste. Marie Chamber of Commerce in a newsletter.
The deadline for nominations is 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 2.
The award will be presented at The Difference Makers: Women in Business breakfast, in celebration of International Women's Day, on Friday, March 7.
