Male charged in relation to Macs Mart robberies

City police say 23-year-old Randy Ingram of no fixed address was remanded in WASH court to bail court on April 4, 2016.

On April 2, 2016 officers arrested a 23-year-old male of no fixed address.

It is alleged that in the early morning hours the accused attended at two Macs Mart Stores and stole a quantity of cigarettes from each.

The accused also attempted to steal cigarettes at a third Macs Mart but was unsuccessful.

The accused is also on a probation order with conditions to keep the peace and stay away from Macs Mart, which he breached.

The accused has been charged with two counts of theft under $5,000, attempted theft under $5,000 and two counts of breach or a probation order.

The accused will be attending weekend bail court on April 3.
