************************* The two 'four-letter' words police us at this time of the year
SAULT STE. MARIE, ON - Yesterday saw a small amount of snowfall in and around the Sault Ste. Marie area that caused serious problems for highway travelers.
Sault Ste. Marie OPP were called to eight crashes both north and east of Sault Ste. Marie.
All of the crashes were weather-related and in most cases tow trucks were needed to get vehicles out of ditches and guide posts.
Thankfully there were no injuries reported in any of the eight crashes.
Now - here are the two “four letter” words Sault Ste. Marie OPP use to prevent crashes and injures as the winter progresses:
