The Brickspace and the Sault Ste. Marie Museum will host an event featuring the work of Lego and the Star Wars team over the last 23 years.
The purpose of the event is to promote and celebrate the 90th anniversary of The Lego Brick and 45 years of Star Wars Fandom.
The show will take place on Aug. 25.

The Brickspace and the Sault Ste. Marie Museum are hosting an event to help promote and celebrate the 90th anniversary of The Lego Brick and the 45th anniversary of Star Wars Fandom. The Brickspace will showcase the proud work of Lego and the Star Wars team over the last 23 years.
This fun event will feature a photo wall to take pictures in your cosplay outfits and have our graphic artists replace the background with any Star Wars-themed one of your choices! There will be drinks, and Star Wars-themed donuts will be available while supplies last. Svenny McG will have Star Wars-themed games for you to play on site. Explore over 100 Lego Star Wars sets from Episode 1 to Episode 9. The museum will be showcasing an array of historical film and media archives and artifacts. Lastly, there will be giveaways for best cosplay and random giveaways throughout the night.
Admission is by donation for Thursday, Aug. 25 ONLY. The Lego display will remain up in the Discovery Room until Monday, Aug. 29. Regular admission charges resume on Friday and Saturday.
There is free parking in the museum’s back parking lot and also nearby in the Albert/Brock Street parking lot.
