LCBO now sells peppered bacon vodka made in northern Ontario

Crosscut Distillery has announced that their handcrafted spirit, Doc Prodan's Peppered Bacon Vodka, is now available through the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO). 

This unique, savoury vodka, designed specifically for Caesar cocktails, a quintessentially Canadian cocktail, is the first of its kind to be offered by the LCBO.

Since 2018, Crosscut Distillery has been meticulously crafting Doc Prodan's Peppered Bacon Vodka, perfecting a blend that captures the rich, smoky flavour of peppered bacon. 

Initially available exclusively at Crosscut Distillery's retail store in Sudbury, this innovative spirit quickly became a favourite among local Caesar enthusiasts. 

Crafted in the heart of Northern Ontario with locally sourced grains, they infused the essence of smoky bacon and black pepper, elevating your Caesar to new heights of savoury richness and complexity. Doc Prodan’s is the only bacon flavoured vodka available in the LCBO.
