Just the ticket: Charlie and the Chocolate Factory wraps up four-day run

The show starred Michael Dal Cin as Willy Wonka, with the role of Charlie Bucket played by Max Grant

A four-day run of shows for the West End Theatre Project's most recent production came to a close in front of a capacity crowd on Sunday at the Sault Community Theatre Centre.

Roald Dahl's Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was performed from Nov. 21 to 24, with dozens of cast members — more than half of whom were Oompa Loompas.

Directed by Lucas Beaver, the show starred Michael Dal Cin as Willy Wonka, with the role of Charlie Bucket played by Max Grant.

The West End Theatre Project's next production will be Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, which will run March 27 to 30 at the Sault Community Theatre Centre.
