Hundreds enjoy sweet return of pancake breakfast at Sugar Shack

For the first time in three years, volunteers with the Kiwanis Club of Sault Ste. Marie returned to the Conservation Authority Sugar Shack for their springtime pancake breakfast

The Conservation Authority Sugar Shack was packed with hungry locals on Sunday as the Kiwanis Club of Sault Ste. Marie welcomed back hundreds to their all-you-can-eat breakfast.

In addition to their famous homemade pancakes, volunteers with the club served up some savoury deep-fried sausages while Fallen Leaves Maple Products provided guests with their sweet maple syrup.

The public is invited to stop by the Sugar Shack at 1100 Fifth Line East for all-you-can-eat pancakes from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays (plus Good Friday) until April 9.

Prices are:

  • Adults: $12
  • Seniors (65+): $10
  • Kids (6-12): $6
  • Kids (0-5): Free
  • Cash only

All proceeds from the breakfasts go towards a variety of child and youth programs in the Sault.
