Hola! Come learn a new language at North Branch Library

Do you want to expand your vocabulary — in another language? Now you can.

The Northern Ontario Latin-Hispanic Association (NOHLA) is holding language classes at the North Branch Library, located at 232C Northern Ave. E., on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.

Spanish Classes, which run on Saturdays from Feb. 10 to April 20, will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Portuguese classes be on Thursdays from Feb. 1 to April 11, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Admission is $80.00 per person plus Eventbrite fees. Registration is currently open, and spaces are limited. Click here to for Spanish classes and here for Portuguese classes

All funds are donated to NOLHA and the library in to continue offering diverse cultural festivities, classes and events to the public.
