A fire in progress has Wellington West closed between Huron Street and Boydell Place this afternoon.
Heavy smoke can be seen coming from the building. Thirteen firefighters on on scene.
Platoon Chief Joe May said it is a challenge for firefighters to get inside the building.
He reports no injuries.
