Happy birthday! Woman wins big prize on her special day

A local resident received a nice birthday surprise when she won $10,525 in ARCH's September 50/50 Grand Prize Draw.

"This is my very first time winning anything," Anna Belleau said in a news release issued today. "The money goes to a good cause, so I am happy to support."
