CITY POLICE NEWS RELEASES
******************* Homeowners in the 200 block of Landslide Road had surprise visitors last evening.
Just after 10 p.m. the homeowners were sitting in their back yard when two males pulled up to their house in a small charcoal-colored car and entered the open garage.
The would-be thieves were chased off by the homeowners.
One suspect was dressed all in bright colored clothing, possibly orange and the second male was dressed all in black.
Both males had hoods pulled up over their heads.
In addition to the small charcoal car a silver van was observed driving by several times after the incident.
If you know who these culprits are call City Police at 949-6300 or Crime Stoppers at 942-7867.
****************** In light of yesterday’s warm weather and the anticipation of more to come, homeowners are reminded to keep your doors shut and locked when you are outside in the yard.
While you could be enjoying your back yard a thief could easily be in your home without your knowledge.
Don't make it easy for a thief.
Secure your property.
