It’s going to cost you more to grab a drive-thru coffee at Tim Horton’s.

As of Aug. 2, Tim Horton’s has increased its prices for hot beverages and breakfast items.

“To our valued guests, please be aware that due to rising operational costs, there will be a slight price increase affecting some hot beverages and breakfast menu items starting Wednesday, Aug. 2, 2017,” reads a message seen at the front counter of Tim Horton’s.

“We greatly appreciate your business and look forward to providing you with the same quality, service, and value our guests have always appreciated. Sincerely, Tim Hortons.”

It's been reported the price increase for a Tim Horton's coffee is about 10 cents.

This is the second price increase at the popular Canadian coffee shop/restaurant in the past three years with the last price hike taking place in November of 2014.
