************************* On the 9th of October at approximately 6:42 a.m., members of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service street team, emergency services unit, patrol services and canine unit, executed a search warrant at 120 West Street, the residence of 34-year-old Satu Raitis.
During the course of the search, officers located 1.9 grams of cocaine, 39.5 grams of oxycodone tablets, packaging materials, a digital scale, a debt list, as well as three separate packages of marijuana, packaged for re-sale at the street level.
Further, officers located and seized 1.3 grams of cannabis resin and one ecstasy tablet.
As a result, Satu Raitis was arrested and charged with three counts of possession of a controlled drug or substance for the purpose of trafficking and two counts of possession of a controlled drug or substance.
The estimated street value of the drugs seized is approximately $1,056.
He is to appear in bail court this morning.
