GARDEN RIVER FIRST NATION, ON - (May 31) - A member of the OPP Traffic and Marine Unit found yet another driver operating a vehicle when they were under suspension.

Yesterday at about 12:30 p.m. the officer saw a motorcycle traveling on Highway 17 in Garden River with no licence plate on the bike.

The motorcycle was pulled over and it was determined that the driver did not have a drivers licence because it has been suspended.

And to add to his legal dilemma the bike did not have any insurance.

Forty-one-year old Dino Stefan Polsinelli of Highway 17 in Garden River has been charged with driving while under suspension contrary to the Highway Traffic Act and driving with no insurance contrary to the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act.

He will appear in court on June 27.
