Seven-term Republican Congressman Bob Davis died today at a hospice in Arlington, Virginia.
Davis, who represented Michigan's Upper Peninsula and the northern Lower Peninsula, had heart and kidney problems, according to media reports.
He also served in the Michigan House for two terms in the State Senate for two terms.
He was 77.
